By contacting a design team right from the initial stages of a project, the customer will be submitted the most convenient solutions, allowing them to achieve the intended project goals. 
It would not be possible to obtain products that can be perfectly reproduced in the production process, unless the tooling necessary to make them were accurately carried out. That is why all project drawings, like those used to build the tooling, are computer-aided using specific software applications (CAD/CAM).
Since Ilpea has production sites in all the locations where its main customers have their plants, it is possible to quickly transfer technologies between plants and to standardize the products supplied, both with respect to the project and to the quality. 
  
PLANNING, EFFICIENCY AND JUNT-IN-TIME STOCK MANAGEMENT
Serial production uses computer-aided planning systems allowing to manage the manufacture of each product with the utmost precision.  ILPEA is capable of handling changes in production planning at few hours’ notice, while guaranteeing the quality standards agreed upon with the customers, which is made possible thanks to its highly flexible production processes. 
The capacity to supply from inventory levels that are lower than daily shipments is the result of a scheduling-manufcture-shipment system based on Just-in-Time and Kanban techniques.
