THREE DIVISIONS, ONE INTEGRATED NETWORK
Our Business Units
The Group operates through three specialized business units, each with dedicated management, R&D centers, and sales teams:
Plastic Products Division
This is ILPEA’s largest product division. It designs and manufactures innovative extruded and injected components for multiple sectors, including home appliances, automotive, windows and doors, and shower enclosures for residential construction.
The division operates across all ILPEA production sites worldwide, ensuring global coverage and consistent quality.
Rubber Products Division
With a long-standing tradition in technical rubber solutions, this division originated in the home appliance sector and has since successfully expanded into construction, road, and automotive applications.
Its key production hubs in Italy, Poland, and Mexico use advanced technologies such as microwave or molten salt vulcanization, injection molding, and compression molding to develop a broad range of products tailored to diverse requirements.
Magnetic Products Division
Established in 1968, this division produces a comprehensive range of magnetic components for industrial sectors, including automotive and construction, as well as flexible magnetic profiles for refrigerator gaskets.
These are manufactured through the extrusion of ferrite-based compounds produced in-house. The division operates production sites in Italy, Poland, Brazil, and the USA, ensuring global reach and technological expertise.

Fully vertically integrated, ILPEA can rapidly develop both compounds and finished products to meet customer specifications. Its specialized production equipment is entirely designed and built in-house and ensures maximum efficiency and control at every stage of production.

Its laboratories and engineering teams develop hundreds of new products each year, enabling rapid time-to-market and delivering technical expertise to clients worldwide.
