We manufacture a wide range of extruded and injection-molded profiles using high-quality materials such as PP, TPE-V-S, PVC, and EPDM, most of which are produced internally to ensure full vertical integration and complete control over product quality.

Sealing Solutions
Lower Windshield Profile:
A functional sealing solution positioned in the lower area of the windscreen, designed to ensure watertightness, prevent debris accumulation, optimise aerodynamics and facilitate correct positioning of the water box. It also helps reduce vehicle noise and wind deflection.
Inner/Outer Waist Belt Seals:
The inner waist belt profile ensures a tight seal between the inner window glass and the door panel, preventing water and dirt intrusion while reducing noise and vibration. It also protects internal door mechanisms.
The outer profile instead is positioned on the external side of the door glass. It prevents water runoff and contaminants from entering the door cavity. It also contributes to aerodynamic performance and visual design continuity.
Sunroof Seals:
A high-durability profile used to seal the perimeter of the sunroof, preventing water leaks, wind noise, and dust infiltration. It ensures smooth operation of sliding mechanisms and enhances passenger comfort.
3 Side Gaskets for Windscreen With Welded or Injected Corners:
A continuous gasket sealing three sides of the windscreen to guarantee structural bonding, water resistance, and noise isolation. It plays a crucial role in the secure installation of the front windscreen.
Rear Seals:
Designed to seal the rear window (backlight), this profile guarantees structural bonding, water resistance, and noise isolation. It plays a crucial role in the secure installation of the rear windscreen.
Hood Seals:
A robust sealing profile installed along the perimeter of the hood, providing protection against water ingress, dust, and engine compartment contamination. Enhances noise insulation and supports precise hood alignment.
B/C Pillar Seals:
A critical sealing system applied around the rear quarter window or B-pillar area, ensuring optimal cabin insulation and aerodynamic efficiency. It supports structural sealing and noise suppression in high-speed driving conditions. High-performance sealing solutions designed to reduce wind, vibration, and road noise, enhancing cabin comfort and acoustic insulation in vehicles.
Mainframe Openable Roof Systems:
Structural component for sunroof systems. Designed to ensure rigidity, lightweight performance and functional integration, it provides structural stability, precise assembly and enhanced acoustic and vibration comfort throughout the vehicle’s lifetime.
Sunroof Sunshade:
Functional structural component for sunroof systems, supporting the sunroof sunshade. Designed to house and guide the roller blind mechanism, it ensures smooth and quiet operation, controlled movement and longterm reliability.
