In case of behavior that violates these Terms of Use, the user will be required to compensate ILPEA for any damages caused.

LICENSE

Under the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, ILPEA grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access, use, and view this Site and related materials. The user agrees not to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site in any way.

ILPEA authorizes viewing and downloading the information (the “Material”) from the Site solely for personal and non-commercial use. This authorization does not transfer ownership of the Material or its copies and is subject to the following restrictions:

These brands and logos belong to their respective owners, who are customers of the ILPEA group, and are displayed for the benefit of these owners only without this implying any violation of applicable intellectual property laws by ILPEA.

CHANGES

ILPEA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove – in whole or in part, and at any time – any part of these Terms of Use. Any changes will take effect from the moment the notice of the change is posted on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change, constitutes your implied acceptance of that change.

ILPEA may revoke, modify, or correct any error or omission in any part of the Site, at any time and without notice. ILPEA may, at any time, revoke the above authorization, rights, and license: upon revocation, you must immediately destroy all Material.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Any information provided directly or indirectly by the user through browsing this Site that allows ILPEA to identify the person is protected under applicable personal data protection laws, as further described in the privacy notice in the footer and the specific privacy notice for candidates on this Site. However, no confidential or proprietary information should be sent through this Site to ILPEA.

STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS AND SEVERABILITY
