Our advanced technologies
In-house Engineering Laboratories
ILPEA operates advanced in-house laboratories equipped to support:
- chemical analysis: materials composition, raw material quality control, and material compatibility;
- physical and mechanical testing: tensile, compression, bending, hardness, and abrasion tests;
- ageing tests: temperature ageing, UV and Ozone resistance, and chemical ageing in specific environments;
- thermal testing: high and low temperature stability, thermal resistance, and thermal conductivity;
- electrical testing: insulation, conductivity, and dielectric strength measurements;
- rapid prototyping: 3D printing and pilot equipment for small-scale prototype and sample production.
