Soft-Touch PVC and TPO Surfaces for Dashboards and Door Panels
Slush molding is primarily used to produce soft-touch PVC and TPO surfaces with refined, leather-like textures for automotive interiors, including dashboards, door panels, and center consoles. This technology delivers excellent aesthetic results that ensure durability, comfort, and functional performance.
ILPEA has developed in-house expertise in designing molds and “slush skin” automated lines to produce synthetic, leather-like surfaces for dashboards and door panels. Coatings are produced using PVC or TPO compounds developed internally or sourced from third parties, ensuring high quality and customization.
